FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP
A Share in the Land. A Stake in Its Future.
Participate in a larger farmland project without acquiring and operating an entire farm yourself. Investors pool capital under a project-specific legal structure. Your rights, ownership interest, fees, and any distributions are determined by the definitive investment documents, not by a separately assigned plot of land.

How Participation Works
01
Find Your Deal
Explore available projects, including investment overviews, funding targets, and deadlines.
Every opportunity is carefully selected and pre-negotiated with sellers before listing. As a result, the Deal Room may temporarily have limited investment opportunities available.

02
Confirm Eligibility
All fractional investment opportunities are structured to comply with applicable SEC regulations.
To participate, prospective investors must complete a standard accredited-investor verification process.
03
Review Deal Documents
Once approved and under a signed mutual NDA, access the complete asset dossier, due diligence materials, and proposed fractional ownership structure.
04
Fund Your Share
Review the investment agreement, including fees, risks, voting rights, and funding terms. Sign the required documents and fund your selected ownership allocation.
05
Land Purchase
Once fully funded, the project proceeds to acquisition at a pre-negotiated price. Each property is under contract with a defined funding deadline, prior to public offer. If the target is not met, the project is cancelled and 100% of invested funds are returned, subject to the agreement. This protection applies only before acquisition.
06
Professional Farm Management
Following acquisition, an experienced agricultural team takes over the property, prepares and improves the land where needed, and executes the farming plan. Operators cultivate high-demand crops suited to the land’s conditions, leveraging Uruguay’s agricultural resources and available groundwater to support productive, long-term farming.
07
Earn Passive Income
Receive regular distributions from crop sales throughout the holding period, based on ownership percentage. Harvest is subject to weather, agricultural performance, expenses, and market conditions.
08
Review Exit Opportunities
At the scheduled liquidation review date, all legitimate purchase offers are shared with investors, who vote on whether to sell or continue holding the land, in accordance with the investment agreement.
Exclusively for Accredited Investors.
Participation is restricted to investors who meet the applicable accredited-investor requirements. Under U.S. rules, common individual qualifying routes include net worth above $1 million excluding a primary residence, or annual income above $200,000 individually or $300,000 jointly in each of the previous two years with a reasonable expectation of the same in the current year.
